While their rate is better than that of its competitors, its app is cumbersome and non responsive. I had used the app to transfer money from my debit card to their wallet, but could not do it with the same debit card again even when the funds were available. The app keep on rejecting my transaction. My card had already been verified. I call but no direct solution was offered, i was told to download the latest version of the app,which is what i currently have. Please correct the glitches now.

It's very frustrating funding the wallet. most of the time it keeps failing. Transaction take ages unlike others. A lot needs to be reviewed on the app. Though the rate is somehow higher than others sometimes. I don't mind the insignificant difference if I can get my transaction done with ease.

VERIFICATION PROCESS IS AWFUL This app isn't worth your time. You spend 10 minutes filling out your info and then 4hrs verifying your document and face! Yet you'll still not be successful. It keeps saying, I have 15 seconds to end recording, but the system won't prompt you to stop recording until another "15 seconds" message appears. Other money apps don't give these hassles. Im uninstalling this lemon to free up space on my phone. I'll stick to other apps for now until they get it right
