Praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds, and may God’s peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad and his family and those who are guided by his guidance to the Day of Judgment, and may the peace and blessings of God be upon them abundantly. As for what follows:
Fatwas on Fasting and Zakat. No one knows the importance of zakat in Islam, as it is the third pillar of Islam and its importance is associated with prayer in many places in the Holy Qur’an as an indication of its importance and greatness. appsfire
Likewise fasting, it has great importance and is the fourth pillar of Islam that God has imposed upon worship so that they may draw close to Him by leaving what they themselves desire of types of food and drink and spending their lives.. thus showing the perfection of their submissiveness and obedience to their Creator, hoping for forgiveness of sins and attainment of grades..
Since these two pillars are of great importance, it was important to explain their rulings in a way that is compatible with all segments of society through a question and answer learned from the fatwas of our contemporary scholars, which are rich in important issues that every Muslim needs, in an easy manner that suits many segments of society. I have seen that it is important to collect fatwas Scholars scattered and included in an application on mobile phones; Because of this technology’s wide spread throughout the world, the mobile phone has become in the pocket of every Muslim, young and old, male and female, scholar and non-scientist, educated and uneducated...
The number of mobile users has exceeded 70% of the world's population.
The mobile has outperformed both television, the Internet, and radio in terms of content browsing, in terms of ease of navigation, flexibility in browsing time, and privacy.
The mobile also entered the field of information services in health, education, e-commerce and entertainment, and the mobile applications in the Apple Store alone exceeded three hundred and fifty thousand applications, and the Android store one hundred and fifty thousand, and the number of downloads on the “Apple” store exceeded 10 billion downloads.
It was important to collect the fatwas of fasting and zakat and apply them on mobile phones so that their benefit would be widespread without cost, and thus the dissemination of knowledge was achieved in an elegant and easy-to-access manner.

As for the books that have benefited from this collection, from the books of our contemporary scholars:

4 Fatwas of Sheikh Ibn Uthaymeen from Noor on the Path.
5- Fatwas of Sheikh Ibn Uthaymeen from the Open Door Meeting.
6- Fatwas of the scholars of the Standing Committee [first and second groups]
7- Fatwas of Sheikh Abd al-Rahman al-Jibreen, may God have mercy on him.
8- Al-Muntaqa from the fatwas of Sheikh Saleh Al-Fawzan.
As for my work in this collection, it is as follows:
1- Putting headlines that correspond to the content of the issue, without committing to what they were in their sources.
Arranging fatwas into separate chapters; For easy reference when needed.
3- Repetition of the same issue in several chapters; for the occasion.
4 Attributing each fatwa to its source, with documenting it mostly by volume and page number.
5 I convey the question and the answer as it is and rarely shorten them.
6- I extract the verses and put them in parentheses
7- I graduate the hadith and put it in brackets
The number of fatwas collected in this application has reached more than two thousand fatwas with repetition according to the need for repetition.
And I ask God Almighty with His grace and generosity to make this work purely for His Noble Face and to benefit us with it on a day when neither money nor children will benefit. And to pardon us, our parents and all Muslims, and to forgive and reconcile those who were the reason for the production and publication of this application.
And Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds
