Download Dropsync: Autosync for Dropbox for Android Dropsync lets you automatically sync and share an unlimited number of files and folders with Dropbox and your other devices. New files on your device are instantly uploaded to Dropbox. New files in Dropbox are automatically downloaded to your device. If you delete a file on one side, it will be deleted on the other side. Works on multiple devices (phone and tablet). If your folders are synced to the same Dropbox account, they will stay in sync with each other.

This is how the Dropbox desktop client works, but it's not the same with the official Dropbox app for Android. The Dropbox app is completely manual. Dropsync is about automation.
