If someone wants to register for the COVID-19 vaccine, they must provide the national identification number for verification. The following information is captured from this app.

- Desired address for the vaccination center
- User consent to receive the vaccine
The app verifies the user by sending an OTP to the given mobile phone number and allows them to register. Registrants can check the status of their application, download the vaccination card and download the certificate later.
