Problem notification:
- If you are unable to see a notification when you receive a new message, you can check: Have you installed the other third SMS app? You have to uninstall the third SMS app first.
Emoji problem:
- Press the menu and select "Insert a smile" or press the Attachments button.
- Emoji message will be blocked by network Carrier when via network carriers, try please ask your friend to send emoji message to you by MMS type message, if your friend is unable to see your emoji. Pls try to send an Emoji Education MMS message.
Order problem message:
- If you don't need to see duplicate notifications, please try to enable "Setup - Receive Settings - Block SMS Notification" It may cause duplicate message on some devices.
- If your message is out of order, please try to select "Block Sms Information" option in settings.
