Racing Pilot 3D is designed to play as a flight simulation and your device is like a joystick in an airplane. Lean left and the lange rolls left, and the roll will continue to the left until you bring the machine back to level, where it will hold the corner. Tilt it towards the playing field and it will continue to pitch until you bring the device back to center where it will keep the angle up.
