It is a customizable analog clock that you can use as a widget as well as a live wallpaper.
If the tool stops, turn off all battery saving features or use the live wallpaper version.
To add the clock widget:
Go to the home screen -> tap and hold on an empty space -> select “Apps & widgets” -> (click on “widgets” at the top of the screen) -> search
Then press and hold the "Analog Clock" widget -> drag the widget to the desired place on the home screen.
To set the clock as your live wallpaper:
Go to home screen -> tap and hold on an empty space -> select “Set wallpaper” -> select “live wallpaper” -> search and also tap “Analog clock”-> (customize the clock by tapping on “settings”) -> Click on "Set wallpaper".
To customize the clock widget or clock with a live wallpaper:
Open the Clock app -> Find the clock you want to customize -> Changes will be saved automatically when you exit the app.
