This app requires Androids voice recognition system (google search app). Voice commands are currently supported in English, Russian, Spanish, French, German, and Portuguese. It can still be used for normal voice conversion (without following system voice commands, deletion, etc.) in almost all languages supported by Android. It also needs Google Speech to Speech if you are interested in the text-to-speech features of the app.
