Terms & Conditions
1. With Amex Business Blueprint™, customers can view their select business products that automatically appear on their dashboards at login. These products include Amex® Business Line of Credit, Amex® Business Checking, Amex® Payment Accept, and American Express® Business Credit Cards. Customers may also view the eligible external business bank accounts they choose to link to Business Blueprint.
2. Data provided by My Insights, an Amex Business Blueprint™ feature, is based on customers’ select business products, which includes Amex® Business Line of Credit, Amex® Business Checking, Amex® Payment Accept, American Express® Business Credit Cards, and the eligible external business bank accounts that customers choose to link to Business Blueprint.
3. Amex® Business Line of Credit offers access to a commercial line of credit ranging from $2,000 to $250,000; however, you may be eligible for a larger line of credit based on our evaluation of your business. Each draw on the line of credit will result in a separate installment loan. All loans are subject to credit approval and are secured by business assets. Every loan requires a personal guarantee. Total monthly fees incurred over the loan term range from 3-9% for 6-month loans, 6-18% for 12-month loans, 9-27% for 18-month loans, 12-18% for 24-month loans, and are subject to change for future loans drawn under the available line of credit. Loans incur a loan fee for each month you have an outstanding balance. Not all customers will be eligible for the lowest fee. Not all loan term lengths are available to all customers. Eligibility is based on creditworthiness and other factors. Not all industries are eligible for Amex® Business Line of Credit. Pricing and line of credit decisions are based on the overall financial profile of you and your business, including history with American Express and other financial institutions, credit history, and other factors. Lines of credit are subject to periodic review and may change or be suspended, accompanied with or without an account closure. Late fees may be assessed. Loans are issued by American Express National Bank.

The first loan application was pretty much seamless and the app was very helpful at the time. However, the app is useless now under K Servicing. After calling numerous times (and it's almost impossible to get through), sign in issues for the app have not been resolved. Also, not only is the second loan process taking much longer, but trying to change primary bank accounts has been a nightmare and still the issue had not been resolved. Disheartening.

Not being able to use biometrics to login makes this app essentially useless. It needs you to enter the password manually and then authenticate again via a code sent to your email. It's much easier to use the web browser to login instead. Additionally, I'm still able to track all my spending on the business credit cards in the main Amex app... this app allows to track my business checking account. But, I'd rather have all tracking in one place with added functionality in the primary app!

A total joke of an app and bank to work with. You would think with a name like American Express basic features like a wire transfer would work, or at the very least you could call to make one like any other bank. Nope, customer service agents are worthless and you will experience so many issues. There are so many other better options, run far from this.
