How does it work?

First you need to create workspaces - we call books - using network interactions. Make as many books as you want, for example a project, group or topic.
You can then open your books on your mobile phone and start sharing messages, writing notes, accessing important documents or uploading photos. Each book is unique (you can write for yourself), but of course you can invite the people you choose (customers, friends, partners).
Flexible Data
Each book also contains Smart-tables®, a new type of data collection, flexible as paper, yet easy to use cards that you can walk around the screen.
Each data table can be fully customized with text, numbers, files, dates, check boxes, color codes and comment fields. And to make sure you always know exactly who changed what, TimeTonic keeps track of all the changes.
