*** Instructions ***
Why is my device not supported? Finger shapes will not only work on Android devices with fingerprint sensor. Even if your device has a fingerprint sensor, it is still possible that your device is not supported due to device limitations.

This is a system security feature (it's not part of the fingertip but part of the Samsung firmware). When you scan your fingerprint several times without identification, the system will block the sensor and ask you for your backup password. The backup password was specified
when registering your fingerprint (this may be different from the alternate password for fingerprint security). You must enter your backup password, otherwise you will not be able to use the fingerprint sensor.

Unfortunately, there is no way to reset the backup password when the sensor is blocked by the system. The only solution is to do a hard reset.
FingerSecurity uses a lot of battery after the update.
Please restart your device. Then the fingertip will work normally again and battery usage will be dropped.
