☆ I don't want an icon in the status bar.
Each quickbar needs an icon on the status bar due to Android system limitation. However, you can change the default status bar icon to "transparent" (see Design tab). In most cases it does what you want.
☆ Quickbar closes automatically when an item is clicked? Prior to Honeycomb, Android automatically closed notification bars on touch.
This will not happen on the latest version.
☆ Why some actions are not working
Since the change of Android security model, some functions are limited, other hole. Not all functions work on all devices. Manufacturer/custom ROMs add more complexity to this. If you activate the device administrator, you must deactivate it before uninstalling. To disable the main menu settings GOTO Hardware Security Settings, then uncheck the quick bar 1TAP Disable, then go back to Manage apps to uninstall it.
