* Please enter the IP address of your Android device using the numeric keypad and up / down / left / right keys on your Sony remote control.
* Videos NOT SUPPORTED: Flash video, Google Play, Netflix, Amazon and HBO movies and other DRM protected web videos, online movies, live streams and live TV shows.
* Please test your websites and videos in the free edition! If the casting fails, the upgrade will NOT make it work magically.
* The app does NOT mirror your full Android device, it just pushes the video portion of a website to your Sony TV.
* To play mp4, m3u8 or other video files directly on Sony TV, just enter or paste the full URL of the video into the address bar of the browser.
* Sometimes it is necessary to play the video on your Android device before the link is detected for streaming.
* If the connection does not work, try restarting your Android device, Sony TV and wifi router.
* If web video, online movie, live broadcast or live tv show is not showing, please check our FAQ or send website and video link to info @ video-tv- cast.com using the report function in the app. We will try to add support for your video as soon as possible. Leaving negative reviews on the Play Store without any information about your problem will not give us the opportunity to help you.
