Download Gangstar Vegas: World of Crime for Android, it's a game that walks and talks like Grand Theft Auto, but without any tangible action that comes close to the series it's trying to copy and pretend to be. Gangstar Vegas looks good and has moments of action, but be aware of San Andreas if you're a fan, Gangstar Vegas is barely there, but not really.
History of Gangstar Vegas game
In Gangstar Vegas you play as Chris, an MMA fighter. A weak man with a snake on the back of his jacket starts the game with a stunning fiasco on a fighting field.
After a brief introduction and a few questions explaining how things work, you're left on your own in Sin City.
A stick on the left of the screen moves Jason, while the buttons on the left let you punch and shoot people and steal cars when the time is right.
The map in the upper right of the screen shows places of interest. Some are story missions and some are side-shows designed to embellish the gameplay and introduce you to different mechanics.
Game predictions (kicks and punches)
Most of the missions are about violence and killing, so complete them and go to the next level. You will hit, kick and shoot people. It's all because you owe a mysterious debt of allegiance to an alcoholic who starts out as senior manager. However, if you only want a fighting game, try Tekken 3.
While Gangstar Vegas has tried to shed the gritty and menacing undertones of its predecessor. It fails miserably at balancing chaos with empathy, and is hampered at all times by a system of control that only becomes useless when you need it to be strong and reliable.
Battles are more than just button contests, with no "block" or dodge button. Gunfights are simple firefights that are moved from one location to another. At least the easy touch system keeps things up to speed.
You'll inadvertently jump off the edge of bridges trying to run them over, or drive cars around tight corners and spend minutes trying to maneuver them in Gangstar Vegas. Nor will he once smile at the hollow, senseless destruction he has wreaked on a self-renewing city.
So if you're a fan of San Andreas and Vice City games and don't have time to play on a console, Gangstar Vegas can be a worthwhile getaway with all its violence and freedom. Give your inner beast time to enjoy killing half-naked women.
