1️⃣ Hue Notification can't connect to your philips hue bridge? What should you do?
There may be many reasons why your philip hue bridge is not available on our free hue app. Once this issue occurs, make sure the following are correct:
• Your smartphone connects to the SAME WIFI with the shade controller.
• Your tint control has all the lights on 💡. Sometimes your hue controller cannot connect to WiFi and you will find the WiFi light is off
• Your hue controller and the philips hue app are updated to the latest version
• You can connect to your hue controller with the philips hue app from Philips or other free hue apps.

Due to the hardware limitation of the Hue Controller (as described below), some effects are out of sync. Especially for color changing effects, hue control cannot meet all high-speed demands without Hue Entertainment. We are working with the Philips team to integrate a new SDK (with Hue Entertainment). Hue Entertainment integration will be released in version 3.0
3️⃣ Why does the tint seem to slow down with more bulbs?
When you have up to 10 bulbs 💡 everything should be fine. If you have more bulbs, disable the ones that are not visible to you in the list of bulbs. Hue works best with about 5 bulbs selected. We will update tint entertainment soon to improve color synchronization and effect.
4️⃣ What is single room and light?
Room is a group of lights. Hue Notification can create/delete room and sync it with other free hue apps or philips hue app. A unique light is a light that is not yet included in a part. Hue Notification can apply color effect to room and single lights
