Frequently asked questions
Question: The app can't find/contact the band?
Solution: Try pairing your band with the phone again in the original app and then try again in this app.
Only original Xiaomi bands are supported
Question: High range battery consumption
Solution: Reduce use of vibration as it consumes much more battery than LED. Try turning off the fixed connection option in settings.
Question: The application is not working properly
Solution: Make sure you are not running any battery saving apps like Greenify or similar.
