1) If possible, darken the room you are in and light a few candles before starting the session.
2) Place your finger on the planchette (piece of wood) to appsfire initiate spiritual connection with the other side.
3) Ask your question loud and clear to Spirit. The session always begins with the question “Is there anyone there?”
4) Wait for the spirit to respond. Planchette will begin to move across the spirit board to show you the spirit's response. Warning: always keep your fingers on the Planchette!
5) Always be polite and ask normal questions. Be careful not to disturb any souls. Examples of questions you could ask: What is your name? How old are you? Are you a good soul? How do we die? Are you a man? Do you want to hurt us? Where are you?
6) If you have angered a spirit, quickly move Planchette to “Goodbye” before the countdown ends – unexplained things can happen. Sometimes an angry ghost refuses to say "goodbye." In this case, be persistent and try again.
