Application description

Microsoft exFAT/NTFS for USB from Paragon Software offers a universal, non-root method for transferring files between the memory of your Android device and a USB flash drive formatted for Windows or Mac.

The application is fully integrated with the Paragon File System Link document provider, based on the Storage Access Framework (SAF), ensuring access to device storage, cloud storage services, USB storages and convenient data management via the built-in Android file manager.

The application also provides access to data of USB flash drives directly from SAF-supported third-party applications, such as file managers, messengers and social networks, allowing you to easily work with photos, videos and documents.

Additionally, it allows you to use it on Android TV devices.

With Paragon File System Link, you can:

  • Access your external hard drive or USB-Stick without the need for a computer.
  • Free up storage space by moving files from Android smartphones or tablets to a thumb drive.
  • Mounts popular file systems such as HFS+ and Microsoft exFAT / NTFS.
  • Use files directly from a USB storage device, whether they are photos, videos or documents.
  • Copy, move, delete and rename files on USB storage devices using different file managers.
  • Stream data from external memory to cloud storage services such as Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive or Dropbox.
  • Share files via popular apps like Gmail, Telegram, Skype, WhatsApp, or Facebook Messenger Lite.

Microsoft exFAT/NTFS for USB from Paragon Software is available as a paid in-app system, and you can try its functionality for free in trial mode. Supported file systems include HFS+, Microsoft NTFS, and Microsoft exFAT (for non-TV devices only). You can also get a support package that includes all file systems at a 50% discount.

How it works:

  • Install the application on your device.
  • Connect the USB drive via USB OTG and install the file system you need.
  • Press the Browse button to open and view files from USB storage, or use File Manager to copy/move/delete/rename files using the built-in Android file manager.
  • You can choose your USB storage device through the hamburger menu.
  • Microsoft exFAT/NTFS for USB from Paragon Software supports a variety of Android versions, but it should be noted that the available file operations can vary depending on the Android version of your device.
