Signal Strength Refresh: A small number of phones and ROMs may not support real-time signal strength updates. If the network type and carrier are updating but signal strength isn't, this usually indicates a broken ROM.
Dual SIM and Cell Tower Info: Dual SIM info was introduced in Android Lollipop 5.1, and cell tower info was introduced in Android Jellybean 4.2. There are still some issues with how these features are implemented by different manufacturers. Consider sending a debug report from the app's settings to help us improve compatibility.
