The watch face settings are available in the Wear OS app on your mobile phone.
The settings screen appears, click the gear icon at the top of the preview!

Install OS 1.X
This watch face will be installed automatically from your connected phone.
If it does not appear, please go to Wear OS App > Settings and reset all apps.
Install OS 2.X
Simply click on it to start the face-to-face installation process. Immediately after the installation on the mobile phone, a notification will be displayed on the watch.
