The sound system in this app allows you to appsfire.co adjust the pitch of the note in GO (Android 3.0+).

As mentioned earlier, users with Android version 3.0 from 3.0 may not be able to change the tone (they cannot press 2 buttons at the same time because their devices do not support them), but they will be able to play the split notes in the ocarina.
Also, users who have a device with cheap audio hardware may experience some audio issues (nothing I can fix), I can only recommend turning the volume down and not playing notes too fast.
