Important note!!!
Storage space on your phone. The default backup location may be internal memory instead of external memory. So, before resetting the phone, make sure that the default backup folder is present in the external SD card. If it is not there, you can copy the entire folder ("SmsContactsBackup" by default) to your external SD card.
