DaTuner converts the fundamental frequency to the nearest note and the error to cents to quickly and easily tune guitar, ukulele, violin, bass, cello, mandolin, piano, ukulele, saxophone, Ducati timing belt, harmonica, kazoo and anything else.

DaTuner display is easy to read; The nearest note and octave are displayed in a giant, easy-to-read font in the center of the screen, and the frequency in hertz as well as the error in cents are displayed at the bottom of the screen. Sensitivity is adjusted automatically, but can also be adjusted by touch via a bar on the left side of the screen, and the speed/accuracy of the algorithm and relative frequency (if not 440Hz) can be adjusted through the settings. menu.

There is no "dead zone" with this tuner app as there are with many others. Instead, the entire screen turns green when the incoming frequency is within a configurable range of the target frequency and small changes in tone can still be seen even within the “range” area. In this version, both the "Harmonious" range and the colors displayed can be configured to be sharp and flat.

Screen and Filter Lock lets you select the note you want to tune, and Filter Lock ignores anything outside the range of the note you want to tune, which is useful for tuning in noisy environments.
