Download Wheel Launcher - sidebar for Android ,Wheel Launcher is a sidebar that sits on top of everything on your device.
Wheel Launcher doesn't interfere with your main launcher, but it does provide a quick way to access your favorite apps and shortcuts: just tap the semi-transparent icon. You can hide the icon by dragging it off the screen. Wheel Launcher allows you to add any shortcuts provided by your apps, such as direct dialing to any of your contacts or settings shortcuts, such as battery, sound, Wi-Fi, etc.
