On a daily basis, this is a fully automated app. You can set active hours, reminder frequency, and maximum step for your own watch, then the app will politely do its thing. No need to play anymore.
Never disturb
Unwanted frequent alerts won't bother you - if you're not in a situation where you can wake up, just keep the notification. It will disappear automatically as soon as you wake up. No frequent alerts.
False move detection

The initial setup
